READ CAREFULLY PRIOR TO USING THE SOFTWARE PACKAGE
By using this software you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Licence Agreement
This is a legal agreement between the end user and John Wiley & Sons Australia, Ltd (ACN 009 673 081). Use of the software indicates your acknowledgement that you have read and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of the licensing agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, promptly return the software to the place of purchase within 5 days of the date of purchase (with proof of purchase).
Software Licence
The Producers grant you the right to use one copy of the program (the "Software"), on a single computer. You may access the "Software" on a single system so long as you comply with this agreement. For the purpose of this section "use" means loading the "Software" into RAM. The "Software" may not be copied from the CD-ROM to a computer hard disk or any other permanent electronic storage device (except for that part of the "Software" that is transferred by the use of the setup program on a single computer).
Copyright
The "Software", including all images, photographs, video, animations, audio, music and text incorporated in the "Software", including all of the accompanying printed materials is owned by the Producer and/or its suppliers and is protected by Australian copyright laws and related international treaty provisions. Commercial images which have been used in the production of this "Software" remain the property of the original owners as listed in the credits or otherwise specified.
Backup copy
After installation of one copy of the software, you may keep the original media on which the software was provided solely for backup or archival purposes. If the original media is required to use the software on the COMPUTER, you may make one copy of the software solely for backup or archival purposes. Except as expressly provided in this agreement, you may not otherwise make copies of the software or the printed materials accompanying the software.
Other Restrictions
The "Software" may not be rented or leased. The "Software" and any accompanying written materials, including the most recent updates as well as all prior versions, may be transferred on a permanent basis to another end user provided all the setup files installed by the use of the set up program on the first computer are deleted and the recipient agrees to the terms and conditions of this agreement. The user may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the "Software".
VOLUME LICENSING

LIMITED WARRANTY
The Producers warrant that the computer programs contained in the "Software" will perform satisfactorily and in accordance with the accompanying written materials for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
REMEDIES
The entire liability of the Producer and/or of its suppliers and your exclusive remedy shall be at the option of the Producer. Such option is limited to repairing or replacing the "Software". This limited warranty is considered void if failure of the "Software" has resulted from accident, misapplication, or abuse. Any replacement software will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period of thirty (30) days, whichever is longer. Neither of these remedies are available without proof of purchase from an authorised supplier.
DISCLAIMER ON OTHER WARRANTIES AND/OR LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
The Producer and their suppliers disclaim all other warranties either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with regard to the "Software" and any of the accompanying written materials. The Producers in no event shall be liable for any damages whatsoever (including without limitations, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of inability to use this "Software", even if the Producer or their suppliers have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
